This game is inspired by Nintendo 64-style 3D platformers such as Donkey Kong 64. This game evokes the style of classic 3d platforming collect-a-thon games, while also, taking cues from modern games to feel wholly new, for better or worse.

Now that Yooka-Laylee has been released we will be talking about this game from both a critical and fan perspective. Did Yooka-Laylee live up to the hype? Find out in the video above.

Yooka-Laylee is a video game originally kickstarted and promised to make a faithful spiritual successor to Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie. Yook-Laylee was developed by Playtonic Games.
